Hands down a necessity for the Macgyver pouch, but also a great stand alone pouch. Great quality at a great price from great people.

  2. Les

I all the time used this

  3. Suzanne

Hi! These are the perfect size, andi love how they mount to the macgyver packs!

  4. Bobby Bruning

Have the IFAK in truck attached to a and custom Med kit Macgyver pack and a separate ifak to carry when cutting with the chainsaw out in the woods. Bought one for my good friend to have cause he cuts sometimes alone. No Brainer and plain irresponsible to not have a tourniquet and first aid gear with a chain saw or on any job-site.
